I am Tyler Mullaney, a native of southwestern Montana, born and raised. My journey began in a ranching family, where I spent many years riding bucking bulls. Following my high school graduation in 2005, I pursued rodeo at the University of Montana Western and earned a degree in Wildlife Biology. My interests extend beyond the arena, encompassing activities such as team roping, hunting, fishing, camping, traveling, and exploring new places.

Beyond my academic achievements, I delved into the industrial world, working in the oil fields and a local mine. However, my true passion always lay in precision rifles and ballistic data. Over the years, this passion evolved into the establishment of Dead Down Range Rifles, where I prioritize communication, customer service, and the production of elite machining and match-grade products that stand out in the market. These skills have led me into the realm of real estate, where I have spent the past six years specializing in farm/ranch properties and determining fair market values in various regions across Montana.

My expertise extends beyond the business world. I am an avid hunter, having harvested 10 bull elk over 350″ in the last 11 years, with four of them exceeding 380″, all taken with my bow. Additionally, I have a keen interest in hunting mule deer and achieved a remarkable feat in 2020 by bagging a 190″ Muley buck. My in-depth knowledge of Montana’s hunting regions, regardless of the species, has made me a valuable resource. I specialize in premium hunting, agricultural, and recreational properties, and I am confident in assisting clients with their premier real estate needs in Montana.
